Here’s a recipe for homemade Irish Cream:
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1 tsp chocolate extract
- 2 cups whiskey (I prefer Canadian Club, Black Velvet works)
Optional: use chocolate ice cream and eliminate chocolate extract
Optional: use 2 tbsp Hershey syrup and eliminate chocolate extract
Optional: use coffee ice cream and eliminate instant coffee
Keep it refrigerated! And enjoy responsibly!
