Unfortunately, this is very true. I wish I’d been forewarned that web design would be the way to go before I went through four years of print design classes. Sure, the classes help with the aesthetic aspect of web design, but it really didn’t teach me anything about how to actually code things or how it works. That I had to do on my own.

And that got me to a fast food job. Thanks, graphic design degree.
