Big Cartel Shop Now Open!

I’ve always liked the idea of the exquisite corpse, whether it was drawing fragments of an overall picture in elementary school or trolling my college creative writing class’ version with New Pornographers lyrics. I really dig collaboration, and an exquisite corpse exercise is a fantastic experiment in it. I just love when the final product is unveiled because we all know we couldn’t have thought of something so nuts on our own.

An Exquisite Beast is one artist’s take on the exercise. Every day he draws something that must continue where the previous drawing stopped.
